Our signature firm tofu, handmade from organic soya beans. Dense, smooth and ready for frying, baking or crumbling.
Ingredients: water, organic soya beans (35%), nigari (magnesium chloride).
Allergens: soya.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, store covered in water and use within 3 days.
