1. About us

2. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we confirm payment.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Delivery and collection

We deliver within the UK using Royal Mail. Collection orders can be picked up from our kitchen during the times shown at checkout.

5. Perishable goods

Tofu is a perishable, chilled food. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly. If your tofu arrives damaged or unfit to eat, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it.

6. Merchandise returns

You may return unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose until cancelled. You can change, skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account using just your email address. Changes made before your next billing date apply to your next box.

8. Promotions

Promotional codes can't be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, subscription discount codes apply to the first delivery only; any "subscribe & save" discount applies to every delivery.
